Happy thanksgiving! In a follow up to my last post about the Twilight themed wedding Jezebel has an absolutely incredible looking replica of Bella's dress from Breaking Dawn. Of course you'll need to be a fairly devoted and wealthy fan of Twilight if you're buying this, since it's 800 dollars. For that much money, it better come with a vampire (or werewolf) groom on the side.

Breaking Dawn Wedding

After last week's geek inspired wedding, I figured the best thing I could do was balance it out with a female aimed theme wedding. In this case, a wedding shoot from Want That Wedding based on the wedding in the just released Breaking Dawn: Part One. The style and dedication put into this wedding shoot must be seen to be believed. And forgive me, but I think the guy is better looking than Robert Pattinson.

Superhero Weds Supervillainess

Geek culture based weddings are becoming more and more common, and while the most impressive I've seen remains the Australian Portal and Anime based wedding this wedding between a Superman based groom and a Harley Quinn based bride is an incredibly close second and would be a worthy goal for any geek bride or groom to aspire to. As Ana Aesthetic writes for Geeks Are Sexy:



Jonathon Carroll and his groomsmen were decked out in the finest Krypton robes this side of the yellow sun. According to Jessica, they had purchased the bodysuits from Rivers Edge Dancewear, and Jonathon took the time to make the robes himself. The iconic House of El “S” logo was produced by Wildwood Studios based on the symbol from the Superman Returns film.
